• Prioritize the completion of MEP works for high-rise building projects.
• Extensive experience in handling services work for commercial projects.
  
• Develop work schedules and quality checklists for each task to ensure efficiency.
  
• Responsible for filing RFIs (Requests for Information) and creating comprehensive task documentation.
  
• Purchase, manage, and schedule materials efficiently for project needs.
  
• Recognize and align the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with MEP GFC drawings.
  
• Keep site-specific Work Orders (WOS), drawings, and BOQs updated for easy reference.
  
• Maintain a macro-level understanding of projects, emphasizing deadlines and overall progress.
  
• Possess knowledge of MEP services, including PHE, FF, HVAC, FAPA, Security, Surveillance, Networking, etc.
  
• Report daily activities to the Project Manager, examine construction schedules, and monitor site progress for MEP services.
  
• Assume accountability for work progress and ensure alignment with planned schedules.

• Submitted Requests for Proposals (RFIs) and maintained comprehensive records of work activities.
• Recognize and correlate MEP GFC drawings with the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Manage and schedule the procurement of materials for seamless project execution.
• Keep Work Orders (WOS), Drawings, and BOQ updated at the site level.
• Maintain a broad understanding of projects and associated deadlines.
• Report daily activities to the Project Manager for effective communication.
• Examine construction schedules to monitor site progress, especially regarding MEP services.
• Take charge of work progress, ensuring alignment with planned schedules.
• Regularly review planned vs. executed schedules for project optimization.
• Familiarity with at least three related MEP services, including PHE, FF, HVAC, FAPA, Security and Surveillance, Networking, etc.

• Recruit, set goals, coach, and evaluate the performance of sales representatives.
• Foster enduring customer relationships by understanding needs and collaboratively achieving sales targets.

• Provide the management team with comprehensive reports on sales, revenue, expenses, and projections.
• Conduct thorough analysis of competitors for strategic positioning and market adaptation.

PURPOSE & OBLIGATIONS

• Perform tasks like returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies in addition to stockroom maintenance.
• Maintain and track receipts, records, and withdrawals from the stockroom.
• Receive, unload, and shelf supplies while checking deliveries for inconsistencies or damage.
• Report discrepancies or damages for reimbursements and maintain detailed records.
• Conduct testing and upkeep of construction machinery to ensure optimal operation.
• Supervise and exert overall control over the store’s equipment and operations for efficiency and compliance.
